Terms & Conditions

  1. One time membership fee of Rs. One Hundred (1000/-) is applicable for all the students.
  2. Students will be entitled to get this scholarship only after having the membership of the Sabka Uddeshya NGO.
  3. In the case of non availability of the seat, students may wait for next session.
  4. Change of course or college after allotment, a fee of Rs. 6000 will be charged.
  5. It is mandatory for students to stay in hostel with food facility (paid service) for the entire duration of course once they are admitted with scholarship facility.
  6. Once the admission process is done, student and parent will be given one day stay with food facility in college campus at free of cost at the time of reporting.
  7. The Shiksha Sambal Yojana Scholarship is available for all the students of any category and religion. The Student must be eligible for her/his higher education as per Govt. Norms.
  8. If any student receives membership coupon from anywhere other than Sabka Uddeshya office, those coupons will not be applicable without the authorised signature and generated code.
  9. Any Branch / Divisional / Regional or Zonal office is not authorised to issue membership coupon and collect any kind of extra charges.
  10. If any student or parent pays more than the mentioned fee to any Branch/Divisional / Regional or Zonal office, then the Registered/Corporate office, any Board of Governing, any Board Member will not be responsible at all.
  11. Membership card will be valid for 3 years and membership charge is not refundable but is transferable to a blood relative (own brother/sister).
  12. It is mandatory for all the students to produce the original documents for the purpose of verification and getting admission in the chosen course.
  13. If any student produces fraud documents for verification he/she shall be liable for legal action and his/her membership coupon will be rejected and cancelled.
  14. In case of withdrawal of admission, the submitted document should be taken back from the college before 30th December of same year which will be your responsibility.
  15. Student is not liable to pay tuition fee (Except Medical courses) for the complete duration of the course.
  16. He/she is only liable to pay the lodging, food charge, examination fee, university charges and uniform fee and any other charges if applicable.
  17. Student has to bear their own expense while reporting to college.
  18. Late reporting to college can cause cancellation of admission.
  19. Incomplete form will not be accepted and processed, either submitted by Associate/Co-ordinator or the student directly.
  20. The students and parents of Sabka Uddeshya are requested to attend a yearly meeting at Sabka Uddeshya office which will be scheduled once in a year on intimated date and venue.
  21. If anybody demands more than Rs. 1000/- immediately contact to Sabka Uddesha Office.
  22. Incase form is not available in your state, dist. or block, fill it online by visiting our website www.sabkauddeshya.com.
  23. Please check the authenticity of our branch. All the information is given in our website.
  24. Form number on the form is already registered in the NGO. Xerox or photo copy of form is not valid.
  25. Don't get confused if the information is being exaggerated by any student or branch. Please read the instructions carefully and fill the form.
  26. The scholarship coming through any Government source will be the part of student only. Student will pay their hostel fee from that scholarship amount (If Coming).
  27. After the process of counseling, if the student wants to cancel the admission due to any reason, then Sabka Uddeshya NGO will not be responsible for refunding the hostel fee deposited by student during the time of allotment of colleges.
  28. After the process of registration, you will get a verification call from the trust. If it is found that the form has been filled on the basis of wrong information given by the Sabka Uddeshya Authority, your registration form will be canceled and your registration amount will also be refunded.
  29. The counseling process will be done in your state capital or any nearest city outside the state.
  30. After the scholarship seats are filled, admission will be processed through credit card.
